Day 1 – Amsterdam (Embarkation)

Welcome aboard! Settle into your stateroom, explore your beautiful ship, and toast to the week ahead as we overnight in Amsterdam.

Day 2 – Amsterdam → Utrecht

Enjoy peaceful morning cruising before exploring Utrecht’s split-level canals and charming cafés. A beer-themed outing may kick off our tasting fun here.

Day 3 – Ghent, Belgium

A medieval fairytale come to life — cobblestones, castles, and some of Belgium’s best local brews waiting to be discovered.

Day 4 – Brussels, Belgium

The capital of Belgium is beer heaven. Wander the Grand-Place, sample world-famous ales, and soak in the lively café scene.

Day 5 – Antwerp, Belgium

Trendy but historic, Antwerp offers incredible architecture, great shopping, and (of course) unforgettable Belgian beer.

Day 6 – Dordrecht, Netherlands

Step into one of the Netherlands’ oldest towns — stunning waterfronts, cozy corners, and a perfect final stop for tastings and exploring.

Day 7 – Amsterdam

One more beautiful day in Amsterdam. Museums, markets, brown cafés, maybe a canal stroll… plus our final onboard tasting experience.

Day 8 – Disembarkation

Goodbyes, hugs, and maybe a few new favorite beers to bring home.

Do I have to love beer?

Nope! You’ll still enjoy the amazing ports, food, and scenery. Beer lovers get extra fun — but non-beer drinkers are just as spoiled.

Will this sailing feel “party-like”?

Not at all. It’s relaxed, fun, and full of great people. Think learning, tasting, and exploring — not rowdy.

Is the ship small?

Yes! The AmaFiora holds 156 guests and 51 crew, so it feels intimate and friendly with outstanding service.

Can I stay longer in Amsterdam?

Absolutely — and I can help plan it.

What can you tell me about the ship we'll be on?

One of a trio of new ships joining our European fleet in 2027, AmaFiora will include our signature twin-balcony staterooms, where both an outside balcony and a French balcony treat you to sweeping views of the historic castles and cathedrals lining the riverbanks. Locally sourced cuisine will be served in both the Main Restaurant and The Chef’s Table specialty restaurant – included in your fare. During your leisure time, enjoy entertainment in the Main Lounge, take in the views from the Sun Deck with its heated pool, work out in the fitness room or enjoy a massage or haircut at the salon.

What excursions are included with this trip?

• Kampen you can visit storybook Giethoorn—the “Dutch Venice”—or cycle through the countryside.

• Utrecht choose between of a brewery tasting, Museum Speelklok, De Haar Castle, or a city bike tour.

• Ghent choose Ghent sightseeing or Bruges (full-day with Michelangelo’s Madonna and Child and beer tasting), opt for a bike tour, or visit the Castle of the Counts with a brewery tasting.

• Brussels explore Brussels on foot or by bike through Laeken Park (see the Atomium and Far East Museums), enjoy a chocolate tasting, sample local beers, or visit a historic castle.

• Antwerp you can see Steen Castle, Grote Market, Brabo Fountain, and the Cathedral of Our Lady; or choose a bike tour, beer tasting, culinary tastings, or a ride including the Red Star Line Museum.

• Discover Dordrecht’s history, tour Rotterdam and Delfshaven, or bike Rotterdam; then visit the UNESCO windmills of Kinderdijk or pedal past them on a guided ride.
